Returns & Exchange 

Online Purchase:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date in its original condition. Please note, all discounted and clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Please note, If you purchased from a retail store or 3rd party website other than APKKA, warranty inquiry must be made directly though the retailer.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@apkka.com

Please note, customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package.


If the item proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective handbags and wallets must be returned to receive a replacement.
